Probably the worst Publix in Collier County. It's big but doesn't have a lot of things other Publix do. It's close to me but it's so frustrating going there, so I stopped and just go to the one on Collier and 41.
Going back to CVS. To slow, closed on Sundays.
The assistance provided is insufficient. After being on hold for over an hour, they disconnect the call. Upon redialing, they remain unavailable, leaving you on hold once more. Pharmacist Amy avoids work, contradicting the expected role of pharmacists who are meant to offer information, not reject patients.
My husband went to get a prescription at Publix. It is a common drug that I’m sure is dispensed regularly. The deductible on his insurance was not met, so the cost was much higher than GoodRx or any other accepted drug discount program. He did not know to ask for a discount program, and instead of the cashier digging into this to see if he could get a better price they charged him the higher ins price.
