Vanessa and Sally are amazing! We had an issue with our prescription being sent over in this system. And they continually reviewed it for us and gave us updates while we waited. They were very nice and then one of the prescriptions for my husband's blood pressure was more than what we were able to pay, and Sally covered the cost for us. After calling several Publix locations, I eventually made my way to the Publix on Mount Zion. Over the past few days, I had been playing phone tag with Trinity, a catering representative at this location. Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a pharmacy. I called them at 4 o’clock in the afternoon to let them know my doctor sent my prescription to them and asked if they could please fill it. I am on the way. The person on the phone told me they only have one person filling and won’t be able to get to it today. They close at 9 PM. THE MOST CONDESCENDING, RUDE, DISMISSIVE STAFF I EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!
My experience at this pharmacy has been pretty disappointing. Most of the staff come off as nonchalant and rude, which makes the whole process unpleasant. However Vanessa is a bright spot-she's always friendly and tries her best to help, despite the less-than-ideal attitude of others. Unfortunately, Tiff always comes off was quite rude and makes condescending remarks when asked about updates on a prescriptions, while people were waiting for their prescriptions.
