I’m sorry this lady right here is so damn rude! I asked if it would be better to go grocery shopping while they get the medicine ready and she said no with an attitude! And then I proceeded to ask her if she was having a good day or bad day and she ignored me and I had to ask her again and she responded with “” I’m alright “” ….. these are people handling medication and getting attitude with customers and being rude!! The Asian lady pharmacist is the absolute worst! I was totally out of blood pressure medication, it was Sunday, I was dealing with an eye bleed and I was going on a cruise the next day. I was told they can only give me 3 pills! I called, begged, explained. No concern. She called me back to suggest I go to urgent care. I spent my entire day there and was able to get a prescription 30 minutes before the pharmacy closed! Good thing I had the $45 co pay and $20 for the pills! During a time when quality customer service seems to be endangered, Publix remains at the forefront! In this case I am referring to the pharmacy staff at the Mt. Zion location and the system in general. I have the app so I use the prepay feature. I get a notification when it's time to refill and a notification when it's ready. The app takes care of that for you. Then, when I get there I go stand by the prepay sign and without missing a beat, someone says "ma'am do you have a prepay?" Nice store but nasty pharmacist. I had the worst experience from Sally. Do not visit this pharmacy.
If I could give a lower rating I would. The assistant pharmacy manager at this Publix was rude and unkind. When you are dealing with a chronic illness you need good customer service and understanding. This pharmacist accused me of lying and she had a way to verify if I was telling the truth but chose not to. She completely disregarded my issues and the pain I was experiencing.
