I had such a great experience the lady at the front Claudia is always so nice and welcoming. There’s a new guy he doesn’t seem friendly at all but she and another lady made up for it. Thank you Claudia!
Only 2 lanes open on a very busy Friday, lines veryyyy long and management just keeps walking by with no care to assist
Vanessa and Sally are amazing! We had an issue with our prescription being sent over in this system. And they continually reviewed it for us and gave us updates while we waited. They were very nice and then one of the prescriptions for my husband's blood pressure was more than what we were able to pay, and Sally covered the cost for us. Out of the kindness of her heart, you don't get this kind of service regularly, anywhere! It's very much appreciated, and that's why Publix Mount Zion is our pharmacy of choice.
