Vanessa and Sally are amazing! We had an issue with our prescription being sent over in this system. And they continually reviewed it for us and gave us updates while we waited. They were very nice and then one of the prescriptions for my husband's blood pressure was more than what we were able to pay, and Sally covered the cost for us. Out of the kindness of her heart, you don't get this kind of service regularly, anywhere! It's very much appreciated, and that's why Publix Mount Zion is our pharmacy of choice. After calling several Publix locations, I eventually made my way to the Publix on Mount Zion. Over the past few days, I had been playing phone tag with Trinity, a catering representative at this location.
