I have been using this pharmacy for a couple yrs now and I called about a script that was called in for me, I was told the earliest I could pick up was sat. So I called the Friday before to have them fill it and was told I couldn’t get it until that Monday!!!! I believe they do make their own decisions in there and based on what you are getting are treated the way they see fit! I hate to be told two different things! If 0 stars was an option, I would’ve chose it. This is due to their lack of integrity. I am a cancer patient who is taking very important medications including blood thinners and nausea medication. My doctor sends the prescription with a specific dosage and quantity amount. When the people working in the pharmacy send the prescription through insurance and see that it won’t be covered. They then decide to change the dosage and quantity without notifying the patient or provider to try and figure out a solution ahead of time. ... read more
I never really go out of my way to review anything, but have to give a special shoutout this pharmacy and team! I’ve been a Walgreens customer for years and I had CONSTANT issues with them. After I switched to Publix, I have been thoroughly impressed by the care and quality put in by the entire staff. Thank you so much for all you guys do, your hard work is recognized and appreciated!
They always have the meds i need, when i need them. They also however, treat me like a drug addict every 30 days I need my adhd script refilled.
The absolute worst Pharmacy ever. I used to go to Publix pharmacy in Gallatin and I loved my experience there. Since moving over to this one, it has been the most frustrating experience ever. They never seem to have any of the prescriptions that get sent to them, and even after these prescriptions get sent to them, they go quiet and never inform you that they are out of it till you literally call them to find out why you have not received a text to come pick up your medication.
