The absolute worst Pharmacy ever. I used to go to Publix pharmacy in Gallatin and I loved my experience there. Since moving over to this one, it has been the most frustrating experience ever. They never seem to have any of the prescriptions that get sent to them, and even after these prescriptions get sent to them, they go quiet and never inform you that they are out of it till you literally call them to find out why you have not received a text to come pick up your medication. Changing my review because they have declined they used to be good and lately I’ll show up and they’ll look lost and it’s like there’s no communication because I’ll call ahead and say “hey I don’t need all those prescriptions my doctor sent just the one” and they’ll say ok”it’ll be an hour” and then I get there and a lady tells me they’re still filling all of them and it’ll be two hours.
