I was informed that the pharmacy is not accepting new patients; however, this appears to be inconsistent with the stated policy. In addition, the manner in which the situation was handled was disappointing. The staff members were rude, unhelpful, and did not communicate in a polite or professional way when speaking to the patient. When I first picked up my meds from Mitchell Ranch the gentleman was extremely helpful, absolutely phenomenal I forgot his name, but he’s kind of bald. He deserves a raise. First wonderful woman I talked to I think her name was Haley (also deserves a raise). She was so helpful. I miss the old pharmacist. He was really nice and he took everything seriously and he wasn’t rude today I called about a certain prescription because I did not have enough of it for my child and his infection. They didn’t fill it enough so I’m kinda upset about that and on top of that is that when I got the pharmacistthat’s in charged he was really rude and disrespectful and just blew me off like I don’t know what I’m talking about. This pharmacy is a joke. Updated my phone number with them 4 times. Still can't get it right. Was told a script would be ready at 2 - two days in a row & it's still not ready.
Usually on the ball with refills but slipping lately. Blaming docter and me. Think was on them for failing to take steps for refill.
