I miss the old pharmacist. He was really nice and he took everything seriously and he wasn’t rude today I called about a certain prescription because I did not have enough of it for my child and his infection. This pharmacy is a joke. Updated my phone number with them 4 times. Still can't get it right. Was told a script would be ready at 2 - two days in a row & it's still not ready.
Usually on the ball with refills but slipping lately. Blaming docter and me. Think was on them for failing to take steps for refill.
Switched from Walgreens to Publix about 6 months ago! I have had the best service ever!! I never knew going to get my medication could be so easy and fast!! I will never go anywhere else !! Thank you to all the staff at Mitchell Ranch Publix pharmacy!!!!!
