Usually I have no issue, but I'm pissed today. Went out of my way to pick up 2 scripts for my son last night. Made 2 calls prior to make sure they had them ready. Picked up his prescriptions without looking in the bag because I don't usually have a problem with them, come to find out that the prescription I requested be transferred was not. I have gone to Publix pharmacy my whole life and have always had exceptional customer service in Fort Mill, Columbia, and Charleston however Mint Hill hired a new person by the name of Amanda and she always has an unnecessary attitude for no reason. Don’t be rude to customers. I am in a medical program I get it’s exhausting but be nice!
There many manufacturers of generic medications and not and secure other sources is in my opinion malpractice. This has happened repeatedly with this pharmacy. Yet, Walgreens, Sam’s and CVS has it.
