I called 3 times and the first time the guy answered and then put the phone on the side not even on hold because I can hear all the voices in the background. I hung up because I was ignored the entire time. The second time I called they just picked up and hung up on me. And the third time the guy finally answered and was extremely rude. They never fill the prescription on time and act surprised when you try and come at the time they told you. Have had to wait in the store at least three times waiting to fill it.
Been to quite a few pharmacies in south Florida. This one is without a doubt the best. Between the staff, truly being helpful, providing accurate quote times, answering many questions. The ladies who work here always remember my daughter and are so sweet to her. The manager Billy is wonderful as well, I had an allergic reaction to something previously prescribed and he ensured he marked my file, for anything future coming in, gave explicit detail for administration of my new medication and was just overall kind.
