Awful customer service. Went in to pick up prescription for my daughter to be told it would be 30-45 mins. Went back 4 hours later to pick up prescription after running errands to be told the same thing. I expressed my frustration telling the clerk that’s what i was told hours ago for him to cut me off and state “i don’t know what you want me to tell you” i then sent my husband back an hour later for him to return with the medication. I am appalled by the behavior of the pharmacist, Sarah. Where we normally find Publix pharmacy to be helpful and kind she was hostile, refused to do her job and made me feel a way I’ve, luckily, never felt before. When I calmly discussed my concern she refused to give her name or employee number. I cried in the car and called over to 96 where they had the medication filled before I even arrived and apologized for the behavior of the pharmacist and her lack of professionalism. I love this pharmacy! Great customer service!!! Lillian should get a huge pay raise for going above and beyond to get my daughter's insulin prescription corrected, so that copay would work at the discounted price. It has been a two day battle and she spent a lot of time on phone calls with doctor's office to make it right. #Lillian4theWin
