Whoever the lady is in the drive through window has the WORST attitude. I’ve been there twice now and each time I go here, she is extremely rude. Will not being going back to this pharmacy.
Jamie Pederson is the sweetest and most helpful pharmacist. We just love her. We always try to go during her hours at this store, our local publix pharmacy
It has been four days and my child still does not have her medication. (don’t get prescriptions filled here if you or your child are going through something serious) every single time we use this pharmacy, it’s a problem. We either have to wait several days for the medicine or they will tell us to come back in an hour, and it still won’t be ready we’ll come back five hours later and it still won’t be ready. What pharmacy takes over an hour to fill antibiotics for a sick child and when the parents informs them we are here and will wait, lady tells us it will take 20 more mins and been waiting over 20 mins with a sick child that needs to start the medication right away. Terrible and just wrong especially since some parents don't have help and options to come back at a later time and what makes it even worst is there is 3 ladies working and a male pharmacist and no other customers !!!!
My whole family had the flu. We dropped the physical paperwork off at the drop off counter. 10 minutes on hold to just need up driving to this pharmacy and it still wasn't ready. I waited the 29 minutes for it to be ready. She hands me a bunch of medicine after rolling her eyes. I get home and realize my 10 year old didnt get his. I am now back here wait8ng at the window for a solid 15. The worst
