I am appalled by the behavior of the pharmacist, Sarah. Where we normally find Publix pharmacy to be helpful and kind she was hostile, refused to do her job and made me feel a way I’ve, luckily, never felt before. When I calmly discussed my concern she refused to give her name or employee number. I cried in the car and called over to 96 where they had the medication filled before I even arrived and apologized for the behavior of the pharmacist and her lack of professionalism. I love this pharmacy! Great customer service!!! Lillian should get a huge pay raise for going above and beyond to get my daughter's insulin prescription corrected, so that copay would work at the discounted price. It has been a two day battle and she spent a lot of time on phone calls with doctor's office to make it right. #Lillian4theWin
Whoever the lady is in the drive through window has the WORST attitude. I’ve been there twice now and each time I go here, she is extremely rude. Will not being going back to this pharmacy.
Jamie Pederson is the sweetest and most helpful pharmacist. We just love her. We always try to go during her hours at this store, our local publix pharmacy
