Their pills are too big, almost choked on one, and they taste like expired milk. I'd rather drink expired milk than having to take on of their pills.
Everytime a prescription is sent they never act on it unless you go there and then the wait time starts. If this is one odd I can understand but it's the case every single time. There was even a instance when they denied getting the prescription only for me to get back home and I get called with 5 mns remaining for closing saying prescription is ready and no way for me to get there ..I am never visiting Publix for pharmacy. Reading other reviews, looks like this is a usual thing here.
I am a regular customer in the area shopping and using this pharmacy on regular basis. I was shocked by the rudeness and attitude of an employee. Their closing time was 6pm on day before Labor Day. I reached there rushing and made it there 5 min before the closing. It was an urgent medication for my pain due to accident a day before. The attendant was attending a customer picking up medication at the other counter.
