Everytime a prescription is sent they never act on it unless you go there and then the wait time starts. If this is one odd I can understand but it's the case every single time. There was even a instance when they denied getting the prescription only for me to get back home and I get called with 5 mns remaining for closing saying prescription is ready and no way for me to get there ..I am never visiting Publix for pharmacy. Reading other reviews, looks like this is a usual thing here.
I am a regular customer in the area shopping and using this pharmacy on regular basis. I was shocked by the rudeness and attitude of an employee. Their closing time was 6pm on day before Labor Day. I reached there rushing and made it there 5 min before the closing. It was an urgent medication for my pain due to accident a day before. The attendant was attending a customer picking up medication at the other counter. Great staff and very helpful
Very disappointing and frustrating experience with this Publix Pharmacy. Their customer service skills are severely lacking. Somehow because THEY LOST my prescription it is my fault. What? How doesn't that happen? I have shopped at Publix Supermarkets my whole life whenever I lived where they are located. I am going to try to not let this expereince taint my love for Publix Supermarkets.
