I made a last minute run 10 minutes prior to closing for my daughter’s antibiotics for strep throat. I know I was so close to closing but the staff were super nice and totally understood my need of urgency. They were like, “we understand it’s antibiotics for your child. We’ll take care of you, just give us a few minutes.” Although I was new to this location, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Awesome night shift staff on 9/24/25 who helped me!! I really appreciate you guys!!

I usually love this local Publix store but one person at the Pharmacy is very unprofessional, and represents the worst at Publix! I waited in line and was the 5th person for a pick up, but only 1 out of 2 meds were ready; advised to wait 30 minutes and they will provide it. So I waited exactly 30 minutes, and a very long line was forming. I got shorted .. here, I used to be a CVS customer. I tried Publix, and I got shorted by one pill (only - 9/10 pills). But to me, that is significant. OMG, I've never seen that in my life before (I am 60 years old)! CVS is the one I will keep for sure.
