Only pharmacy we use now. Yes others are larger and carry more over the counter items. But there is something special about the staff here who knows you by name and recognize you when you come in.
I had such a great experience at Publix today. I needed three filet cuts, and the manager went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He even offered to break down an already wrapped pack to so I can get the quantity I only needed. Super accommodating and genuinely pleasant to work with. When I moved over to seafood for lobster tails, he walked me through two different options, clearly explaining the pricing and differences. Why does no one ever answer the phone for the pharmacy?!? I call over and over ajd get perpetually left on hold. Then it bounces back to the main menu and I hit 5 for pharmacy and it does it all over again. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED! It's ridiculous that I have to go all the way to the pharmacy to get anything answered. The manager needs to address this!
I was told stories about needing to have a POC for Todd jones as they like to present challenges filling regularly. I didn’t have a problem for a year but was called and told I could not longer get my prescription filled. It was too far out of range although I’m a student and my permanent address differs. Disgustingly unprofessional as there was no notice. Luckily Walgreens was able to fill but disappointed
