Why does no one ever answer the phone for the pharmacy?!? I call over and over ajd get perpetually left on hold. Then it bounces back to the main menu and I hit 5 for pharmacy and it does it all over again. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED! It's ridiculous that I have to go all the way to the pharmacy to get anything answered. The manager needs to address this!
I was told stories about needing to have a POC for Todd jones as they like to present challenges filling regularly. I didn’t have a problem for a year but was called and told I could not longer get my prescription filled. It was too far out of range although I’m a student and my permanent address differs. Disgustingly unprofessional as there was no notice. Luckily Walgreens was able to fill but disappointed

I love this pharmacy. I moved and tried to change to another Publix and it was a nightmare. The younger male pharmacist is amazing and so is all the other staff.
