This pharmacy can be really good depending on who's working. There's some really nice and thorough employees working here. Unfortunately there's also a couple that just dont care. It's a fantastic pharmacy when the good employees are working.
I come to your pharmacy frequently as I’m on a lot of meds. The lack of ethic and misery your techs display on the phone is disgusting. People sound like they are so miserable working and it reflects in their tone. The attitude given to customer is absolutely crazy and one day when I don’t have have the patience for it anymore will snap right back. The staff are always helpful and polite.
Dropped off Rx today, the Pharmacy Tech didn't event make eye contact with us. Told us to come back in 25 minutes, we return they advise us our Tricare won't pay for the entire RX, rather will only pay for 12 days worth. No one called us to advise us of the issue, instead they did nothing, and asked me how many I want. It's a new RX, that was sent electronically, I wouldn't know. Then asked us to come back in another 10-15 minutes. The entire process ended up taking one hour.
