Whoever answers the phone in the pharmacy is extremely rude and unprofessional. Clearly has better things to be doing and has no interest in helping you.
They were nice and really helpful though it was my second time using them and making them my pharmacy.
Employees give different answers when calling about status. They are not on the same page. One might say they don't know why no one called them. Another will say they don't call them, its your responsibilty to call them and take care of issues. Never trust "In progress" on app. Employees give different statements on what is going on. Great service - friendly staff- always prompt - pay in advance for drive thru is helpful
It was a very negative experience. It was disheartening to hear the pharmacist say they have “thousands of clients like me every day.” I was in pain and urgently needed the medication prescribed to me by the doctor at the urgent care clinic earlier that same day. I visited the clinic at 8:00 a.m. and arrived at the pharmacy by 9:30 a.m. With a smile, they told me I would have to wait at least two more hours for my prescription to be filled.
