Refuse to pickup the phone after 9am. Simply calling to ask is my prescription ready. Then it says you can leave a message and as the machine beeps the call immediately is terminated and abruptly ends meaning someone is on the line holding the other end of the phone and purposely ignoring customers. Hire an all new staff. Preferably one that cares to be bothered with things that are included in the job description… such as communicating and picking up the phone for customers.

Worst customer service I’ve had in a long, long time. They’ll tell you your prescription is ready, you show up a couple hours later — “You took too long, so we tossed it, so it’ll be 20-40 minutes.” You tossed it? this is a worst ever pharmacy I have been too, and I won't come back for sure. The staffs told me the prescription will be ready about 40 minutes, after 1 and half hour, it still won't be ready. So take their words for it. Also they told me one of the medication is out of stock, they have to order it. They told me should be ready next day. I came back on next day, it still not here yet. So I waited 2 more days, I called, it still not ready, told me it should be in the store next day. I called the next day still not ready. Af... read more
