My husband has been taking the exact same pain medication at the exact same dosage and from the same doctor for years. We've always gone through publix pharmacy and I cannot count how many times he's had to go without his medication. And how often he's looked at like a druggie. Either the pharmacist was too busy, or some other excuse. It's ridiculous. Hey guys. I love publix I took a stroll around it and it made me feel good. I'm definitely coming back. 5 stars
All the pharmacists and techs have always been amazingly kind, patient, warm and friendly whenever I've been there. I noticed a lot of the negative comments were from 1-3 yrs ago when they were adjusting to the increased pharmacy traffic from Winn Dixie closing their pharmacies While it is true they are incredibly busy because of all the WD pharmacies closing they've definitely been kinder and more patient than most people in the same situation. The pharmacy used to be great. Not any more. Recently, on multiple occasions, I've tried to call about the status of prescriptions. No one wants to answer the phone. They pick it up then put it back on hold. This is unacceptable. Customer service is crucial for a service based business. I will never use publix pharmacy again.
