On 3 separate occasions we were told the time when my mom's meds would be ready for pick up and when I go there to get them 30 minutes to an hour after that time I find out they are still working on them and need around another half an hour.
Rudest service from any Publix I've ever used. The women seem as if they're miserable with their job and not very helpful.
I’ve read a lot of bad reviews on here, but I really like this pharmacy. They don’t even take my insurance, but they always do their best to find me the best available discounts. They even call me by name when it’s my turn in line and that means a lot these days!
I’ve NEVER had a problem using the pharmacy @ Publix! Oftentimes, I’ve even gotten calls from the pharmacy techs AND the pharmacist as well, with questions about my prescriptions! This kind of personal service makes me want to transfer ALL of my prescriptions to them!
I have been dealing with them for several years now after I had left Walgreens because Walgreens never seem to have my medicine in stock. I have chronic pain in my neck due to degenerated disc neck, and back. My doctor called in my medication and what day it should be refilled Every month.
