The only issue I have is the app, which isn't their fault. The Droid app and IOS versions are very different. If the Droid app had all the information the IOS has, then I wouldn't have to call. I hate calling, but if I don't, I don't really know the status of it other than it says "in progress". Which I've seen it say that for days. It could at least give the dates filled and available. Absolutely so rude every time. My wife gets attitude from every person she speaks to at this pharmacy every time. They never have stuff ready and it seems like most of their staff is just unhappy all the time. Seems like several other people in Bay county are having the same issues. It’s your job ladies, get over it.
unfortunately we dropped a medication vial and needed to refill day before thanksgiving. It was not in stock at our usual Publix so had to transfer pick up to another Publix pharmacy. The Publix pharmacy at magnolia, our usual, was very kind. When I called to confirm the Lynn haven pharmacy had our med in stock (per suggestion of the magnolia pharmacy) the lady on the phone was rude. I was told they could transfer our med from the magnolia pharmacy to theirs and the lady very begrudgingly obliged. Waited 4.5 hours to pick it... read more
Friendly staff,got my prescription ready in no time
On 3 separate occasions we were told the time when my mom's meds would be ready for pick up and when I go there to get them 30 minutes to an hour after that time I find out they are still working on them and need around another half an hour.
