I’m very sorry to have to write this feedback, especially because every single experience I’ve had with the team at Publix Pharmacy in Lohemanns Plaza over the years has been nothing short of wonderful. Everyone knows me by name, I know the staff, and I have always felt incredibly well taken care of. This is the only pharmacy I use, and I have been a very loyal customer for many years. I had a great experience at this pharmacy thanks to Shayna. There was an issue with my prescription being ready, and I was already having a stressful day. Shayna took the time to figure out what was going on, explained everything clearly, and made sure it was handled. She was patient, kind, and never made me feel like I was bothering her. You can tell she genuinely cares about the patients she helps. Thank you, Shayna, for making my experience so much better! I’m definitely coming back
