So I went there to pick up my medication on 07/05. I gave them all my insurance information and the pharmacist kept telling me the info is wrong. Also the manager ( Thao Trinh) kept saying your DOB doesn't match. I ended up paying for my medicines. I called my ins company and they informed me everything looks good on their end. I called publix pharmacy today and the rep that answered fixed it in seconds and told me your gender entered was incorrect. This is The Best Publix Pharmacy in Georgia..
Be aware of the pharmacy staff rude African American lady with glasses... if you know you know who is that!!! rude lady !!! Always rude with customers!!!! Very poor customer service...
Ty the pharmacist is the best. Very nice and informative. I really appreciate her. Such a hard job
Pharmacy has excellent customer care. However, they need to open earlier, it would certainly help customers on scheduled medications and their last doses were the day before
