Have been using this Pharmacy for several years and have ALWAYS received friendly, prompt, accurate service. Very courteous and knowledgeable employees, always willing to ensure I’m served completely and have answered any and all questions. Just experienced another friendly encounter with Mo at the drive through window. A pleasure to engage with Publix Pharmacy employees. God bless each of you.

I've asked them to put me on the call list for pick up, not happening 🤷. I've learned you have to call in 3 days advance. I did and it said not refillable, we can contact your Dr. Ok, fine. I wait 3 more days & go to pickup, they said the Dr declined. Well, I really appreciate you calling & telling me - not 😤. I call the Dr got it straightened out, got the prescription called in notice from the Dr. Here it is 2 days later, I go to pick it up -NOT READY AGAIN! Reason was the price, needed my ok. Takes too Long to get prescription. That are called in a day in advance and still not ready. One prescription the Dr called in. I got a message it was ready for pick up. Got there, wasn't ready & they said it hadn't been called in.
I have used Publix pharmacy for quite some time now and honestly the customer service is terrible. Today I waited an hour and a half in line at the window for my prescription to be filled, and when I got to the window, the rude lady said it wasn’t ready yet and I had to come back on 15 minutes. I had already waited an hour and a half and now she wants me to get back in line for another hour and a half? I will not be using Publix pharmacy again.
