Came to get my regular prescription and the sweet lady at the register took the time to find a better price on my prescription for me. Love that wonderful customer service Jordan!

People are wonderful. My husband was dying they stopped everything to fill my prescription so I could get back to St. Thomas.
Rude workers. I called to ask a simple yes or no question (“is the drive thru pharmacy for medication pickup only or can I ask for other items…” you know… like SEVERAL other drive thru pharmacies offer) and instead was met with exasperation by some lady who thought I needed an explanation of what a pharmacy is? She said a pharmacy is typically for medication… As if pharmacies don’t carry thermometers and maxi pads? There’s no need to be rude AND wrong, just say “no,” instead. Conduct yourselves better— it’s a bad look.
I've used this pharmacy for several years without any issues. The service has gotten very bad over the past year or so. The first problem was that they started automatically processing your refills without your permission. I learned this was a policy forced down from corporate. I had to tell them twice to stop doing that. The online system keeps messing up my prescriptions. And my Doctor's office has had a lot of problems with them as well. Their system is seriously flawed.
