As sensitive as I am to these poor pharmacy employees who are dealing with this healthcare mess, this particular group of people were beyond understanding, kindness, and the the overall honesty it takes to do that job. Long story short, they prevented me from picking up a prescription that not only I have been on for years, they delayed helping to the point where my doctor had to call several times.
