I usually love shopping at Publix, but the pharmacy department at the Las Olas location is a massive letdown. One of the female pharmacists is consistently unpleasant to deal with. She is highly condescending and has a terrible attitude every single time I visit. When asked basic questions about prescriptions, she is dismissive, uninformative, and treats customers like they are a burden. Dealing with a pharmacist shouldn't feel like a hostile interaction. Management really needs to address the lack of professionalism here.
