I love this pharmacy! Their customer service is top notch. I switched to Publix from CVS because of the great customer service.
BEWARE i ordered 5 subs through online and not 1 was made with what I asked for it's sad , bad, and wrong never again BEWARE!
Smells like liquid garbage in the store due to the numerous homeless people that hang out there all day. Publix needs to power wash the enclosed entrance.
Poor customer service/Rude staff. I was waiting to pick up an RX and the lady comes and says "Did you need something?" Lol. Is that way Publix trains their employees for customer service? Also, you can't see the prepaid sign if other people are in line. It's on the counter of the drop off section nowhere near the pick up line.
An overall disgrace of a Publix deli department. Absolutely terrible customer service, other than the manager who was extremely kind in handling the situation once presented based on the employee's behavior.
