Used to be efficient and friendly. Now, extremely slow on refills for meds that have to be sent monthly. They give inaccurate time for pickup and no empathy at all when you’ve been waiting for way longer than expected/told. I just drove 30 minutes after being told it would be ready at a certain time to be told it would be another 45 minutes or an hour. The lady working the window is rude. This is definitely not the Publix customer service I’ve experienced in the past.
It’s clear to see how understaffed they are, but they still provide great service and great prices for my meds.
Used to be great, horrible is too nice of a word, and that includes the words you should never use. They have went so far down hill, with not filling when supposed to be ready, then having to wait extended amounts of time when you arrive after you called to make sure filling a persons order while they wait, pinning you in behind for over 30 minutes, then not having yours ready on the one you called to make sure, making you come back in 30 or more, a couple have been short and curt even though I stay extra polite. final straw... read more
This used to be such a wonderful pharmacy. But there’s a problem now: they’re overworked with refills. Sometime ago I was told they had over 100 refills to work on and ours were in process for over 3 days. We may sadly have to switch pharmacies because we have chronic conditions and cannot afford to wait days for our refills… And we really like the staff too. What a shame.
Love the prices but I do not like when I go to pick up my meds 2 days after my doctor sends the scripts to them and my medication isn’t filled this happens every month!
