The pharmacy for Publix is the worst, always the girl working the register doesn't know anything she's brand new cuz they run through people left and right and she is no help at all. The crew that's doing the work in the back they won't lift a finger to help anybody when the line is 10 people out they still won't open up the other register. Incompetent and unprofessional They refused to fill my pain medication after I had surgery despite the fact the pain medication was called in by my pain management doctor. They literally hung up on the MA when they called to clarify the script. They said they would only fill it if I returned my medication that was filled 5 days prior. I’m not an addict I had surgery, I’m in pain…. If you can’t rely on “professionals” who can you rely on? It’s sad you can’t teach people common sense.
Allways great service! A great employees
I’ve consistently had terrible experiences with the customer service at this location, from being yelled at for a system error on their end, to being transferred to a manager just for asking to be transferred to another pharmacy. I will never be using this pharmacy again, and it’s honestly disgusting how they treat patients with zero compassion or respect.
