Can you PLEASE work out a system where sick people that walk up with a prescription get served before the call ins and those shopping. All you have to do make the effort by asking the customer if they have shopping to do. If the customer says no then try and see what you can do. I have gone to the pharmacy with a mask on my face because I had the flu (in consideration of others) and my doctor had called my scrip in advance - 40 min.
