My doctor called in 3 medications for me on Wednesday morning. When I called at 1 to make sure they were ready, I was told that one of them was not in and they would have it from the warehouse in the morning. I called in the morning and was told they would not get the shipment until noon. I called at 1 and was told they still did not have it. The pharmacist, who is a new one, was very rude to me and my dr. told me he was rude to him also. I no longer go there.
I am very disappointed in the service lately at the Publix Kingsway Pharmacy. Prescription was sent by the doctor over a week ago and they never sent a text or called. Then the doctor called in pain medication to be taken after the surgery, 5 hours later the prescription had still not been filled. We were told it would about 30 minutes and after 1 1/2 hour it was still not ready.
