I am very disappointed in the service lately at the Publix Kingsway Pharmacy. Prescription was sent by the doctor over a week ago and they never sent a text or called. Then the doctor called in pain medication to be taken after the surgery, 5 hours later the prescription had still not been filled. We were told it would about 30 minutes and after 1 1/2 hour it was still not ready.
Used to be a customer friendly place, now the wait time to reach this pharmacy by phone is over 10 minutes. I think they got rid of people and overworking the remaining ones. Edit 9/21/24: The pharmacy manager reached out to me with the assurance that they are working to restore the level of service. That very act earns them my 5-stars.
