Used to be a customer friendly place, now the wait time to reach this pharmacy by phone is over 10 minutes. I think they got rid of people and overworking the remaining ones. Edit 9/21/24: The pharmacy manager reached out to me with the assurance that they are working to restore the level of service. That very act earns them my 5-stars.
So, I want to tell you about this crazy thing that happened at this pharmacy. I've been going there for a while and have always had a good relationship with the staff and my healthcare provider. But the other day, I was totally shocked when the pharmacist told me that I needed to get my prescription from a doctor who was within 15 miles of the store.
