I have been using this specific pharmacy 2 years now for one prescription... I have home delivery for any other pharmacy needs for our family through a different pharmacy. I also frequently visit CVS for a family member we care for. On a monthly basis I do business by phone with all 3 pharmacies. Because of the nature of my rx I have been forced to deal with this Publix pharmacy and have dealt with it as long as I can tolerate. Without courtesy
The only reason I use this pharmacy is that I just moved to town and I can’t drive. The pharmacist and his minion's question everything and are never straight forward when asked simple questions. The pharmacy is incompetent. As a future litigator, all I can say is they are liable for countless potential consequences.

My doctor called in 3 medications for me on Wednesday morning. When I called at 1 to make sure they were ready, I was told that one of them was not in and they would have it from the warehouse in the morning. I called in the morning and was told they would not get the shipment until noon. I called at 1 and was told they still did not have it.
