Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and very professional, yet friendly. Im sure the 1 voters were not getting thier way legally.
Worst pharmacy of my 51 year life. I will never give Publix another chance with my prescriptions. From the staff to the pharmacists that I’ve dealt with here, it has been a horrendous, non-caring experience every chance they’ve been given. I’ve called headquarters to complain, but nothing ever changed. Back to Walgreens or CVS I go. DONE!
Terrible experience with the Publix pharmacy staff. I came in to transfer my prescription from Target to Publix. The pharmacist’s assistant Mariet told me it could take 24–48 hours because “Target pharmacy CVS doesn’t answer the phone.” I called Target pharmacy CVS myself, and they answered immediately. The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Publix Pharmacy.
Not impressed at all. This pharmacy is not one I can feel comfortable going back to. I don’t want to say the asst. lied to me, but that’s pretty much the case. If you don’t have a med, tell the customer, don’t lie and string them along for 24+ hours. Publix is a grocery store, and they prove time and again that’s all they are capable of doing.
