Honestly have never been treated as badly by a pharmacy as I have by this one. They never have my prescription ready and are condescending and rude on the phone. The man who I spoke with today answered a question I asked with “did you hear a word I said”. They previously told me my prescription would be ready on the 28th. When I called today (1st), he told me that it couldn’t be filled until the 2nd and that it needs a supervisor to sign off. So of course I was confused when they give me 5 different days. I’ve never had an issue with anyone at the pharmacy. I always treat them with respect as they treat me with respect. I went to CVS for a month and came right back because of the customer service here versus the lack of people skills at CVS. As a minority myself, I can’t say I’ve had the problems others allegedly experienced. It hasn’t always been perfect but they are more consistent than other pharmacies I’ve been to. I have never written a review of any kind before, but my experience yesterday leads me to write one. I dropped off a script and was told it would be almost 2 hours to get. I told the girl that waited on me that was a long time to wait. A guy with curly black hair and glasses -who was not in our conversation said you can wait like everyone else and said if you don’t like it go somewhere else.
