Unprofessional. I was on hold for over 27 minutes (the amount of time it took me to drive here). I figured they must be very busy. Arrived while still on hold. They were not busy. I didn’t have to wait behind a soul. If there was an apology, I don’t remember it.
I waited on hold on the provider line so long that my patient got fed up and called the pharmacy. They answered her call on the first ring. How am I meant to conduct my business professionally when my own patients have to call to get an answer?? On hold if you’re busy I get it but having my patient’s call be answered before mine on a matter concerning her is ridiculous.
Great pharmacy
Almost always very helpful & informative. My only complaint is many times I've tried to call and no one answers. If they take a lunch break, it should be posted here in the section on biz hours
I came with an antibiotic prescription and because thay had no system the day Before during 3 1/2 hours they propose me to prepare the medicine 1 day later even of I need them today. I don’t how they manage a health care business like that. Instead paid extra hours to the employees to keep everything on time they ask you to come another day lime you could say your pain to appear tomorrow
