Ashley was very rude and also condescending. She outright assumed I didn't have the money to pay for my prescription. She then was refusing to put in my Medicaid id pin for my insurance. I then informed her that I've never have had this issue with a Publix pharmacy. When she finally did decide to do her job my insurance information was already on their just needed to be renewed. Always so slow, prescriptions never done same day, need to wait at least 45 min when you are in pain or sick. Going to change my pharmacy, even this has more convenient location. One time they didn’t have needed medication in stock and transferred me to another publix. Everything was done in another publix in 10 min! I was like WOW, comparing to this slow publix pharmacy
Today I transferred all my prescriptions to Walgreens. Every 90days when my refills are do I have to call and remind the pharmacy. This has been going on for 2years . Each time they tell me not set up to call or text me. Then they say all fixed. I never get a call or text. When I lived near the Publix on Park Blvd and Belcher I always got a callback when my meds where ready
