The pharmacy tech, Janice, was very sweet. She was having computer issues, but when she asked for help the lead pharmacist was very rude. Janice was patient and assisted me the best she could. Super kind woman :)
Ashley was very rude and also condescending. She outright assumed I didn't have the money to pay for my prescription. She then was refusing to put in my Medicaid id pin for my insurance. I then informed her that I've never have had this issue with a Publix pharmacy. When she finally did decide to do her job my insurance information was already on their just needed to be renewed. Same pin and information I tried to provide to her. NO ONE should be mistreated due to being on pregnancy Medicaid. I'm appalled at her behavior and... read more

Always so slow, prescriptions never done same day, need to wait at least 45 min when you are in pain or sick. Going to change my pharmacy, even this has more convenient location. One time they didn’t have needed medication in stock and transferred me to another publix. Everything was done in another publix in 10 min! I was like WOW, comparing to this slow publix pharmacy
