Very nice people and very friendly and helpful
After years at Walgreens I finally made the jump. What a relief! Professional, efficient, knowledgeable people. So refreshing! Why would anyone go anywhere else?
This is now the fourth Publix Pharmacy in the State of Florida I have used since 2014. I can say with 100% confidence that across-the-board these are the rudest, most sarcastic, unfriendly, unhelpful, unprofessional, argumentative, condescending, and judgmental people I have ever experience in my 51 years. There is an older woman who works behind the counter of the pharmacy (and not the pharmacist) who appears to not enjoy working with people. This is the second time I have felt that I inconvenienced her by asking a question. She belittled me again. She is in the wrong career field.
The produce is not been fresh this whole year. They’re always out of stock of things I need. The only decent thing about the store is the employees.
