The worst customer service, Assistant Manager is rude and she doesn’t have respect for any customer!! I received a text that my medication is ready to be picked up!!! Than after 30 mn stopped by I was told that 1 of my meds need a least another 45 mn to be ready!! Awful service!! and after 16 years being customer at Publix pharmacy!! It’s my last stop at Publix pharmacy Hunter’s Creek 😡
The pharmacy here has the best staff, Nicole, Alexa and Jessica are the absolute best!! They care so much about their patients and treat them like family. I am always greeted by warm smiles 🩷
