Rude counter people and incorrect pricing. Be sure to check your drug prices before you pick up. I was charged about $25 for a drug that my insurance said should have cost about $8. When I pointed this out, the clerk made a big deal about it, asking me for my insurance card, even though the other drugs I was picking up had been charged properly. I am very disappointed that Publix at Winter Park Village is not approaching customers who wear there mask around their neck & not over their nose & mouth putting others at great risk....the Publix announcement needs to state " wear your mask over your mouth & nose for safety" other businesses have that on their announcements.
