This location generally will not accept walk-ins for certain vaccines unlike other Publix pharmacies in the Nashville area. If no one is available by telephone, you are instructed to leave a message. However, it has been my experience that calls are not returned. If what has been prescribed for you is unavailable or has to be ordered, they do not let you know that. However, the pharmacy staff is very pleasant.
Never had an issue and the staff is always very nice.
I used to never have problems but lately it has been taking over a week to get my prescription filled. I understand there are shortages they can’t control. My frustration lies with the staff when I call. One person will tell me it’ll be ready in 30 minutes but when I call to follow up they say it won’t be ready until the end of the week. They also put me old hold for a ridiculous amount of time.
Very poor record keeping and communication. A consistent pattern I’ve observed over the last 2 years. Nothing I do on my end seems to improve their ineffectiveness in these domains. On the positive side, most of them are super friendly. I think they’re chronically understaffed.
