Can't say enough great things about Publix #711 Pharmacy. Best ever & been going here 17 years since we moved to Hickory Flat area. Vito, Karen, Michaela & Team truly wonderful & professional. Very efficient. Highly recommended.
Recently had surgery and asked the pharmacist about an over the counter pain reliever. She went out of her way to walk with me and help pick out what I needed off the shelf. This is just one of the many reason I prefer the publix pharmacy!
The pharmacist is very unprofessional and rude! When I called to place a complaint... she got very defensive...I am a professional as well and was treated like I was looking for drugs all because I was wearing my scrubs after having dental surgery...she talked down to me and didn't even put any effort into calling the Dr. to verify the prescription...I encourage anyone to think twice before dealing with Karen.
