I submit my prescriptions in advance and have them far enough out. I don’t want them filled same day if I ask for them to be filled on a different day. And then don’t question when I say I don’t need a med immediately as I wanted it filled on a different day. Please stop filling them before they are requested to be filled!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible. Not only is the staff rude, but the actual pharmacists downright lie to the customers. Went to pick up my prescription which I get filled every three months was told since it was a controlled substance had to be prescribed by a Doctor in Ocala a local doctor. My doctor is in Orlando of nine years. I just moved here last July to Ocala didn’t want to change doctors, So I go to Orlando every three months for my appointments. Ohhhh where to start here….. Tanya the supposed pharmacy manager is a JOKE! She noted her assistant supposedly spoke to me which he did NOT. I get a certain med filled here currently cause it is cost effective for me. I called another Publix pharmacy and they said there is NO reason she should not be filling it and it didn’t make sense. This medication can not be transferred and this lady is a down right b&@&h! I will NEVER give public pharmacy my business again EVER!
