The Pharmacy manager Kristin is very nice and Maya. Had interactions with both of them on (Jan 13, 2006). Very helpful, attentive, comforting and reassuring. I inquired about a flu shot, shingle shot and pneumonia shot. I do not like needles.
I recently switched to Publix Pharmacy and have had a GREAT experience! I should have switched sooner! The app is very user-friendly friendly and made transferring my prescriptions and requesting refills a breeze! When my previous pharmacy didn't transfer all of my prescriptions like they should have, I called and spoke to the Publix pharmacist on duty and he quickly took care of it! Thank you!!
The pharmacy has improved. That’s good. Their deli department however is staffed with the slowest and most disinterested staff ever!!
