Up until recently, I would have given this Publix pharmacy a 6 out of 5 stars (if that were possible). The last couple of times makes me feel like I'm at CVS they have been so bad. I don't know what happened, something is disasterously wrong here. They are all working their heads off, but everything is EXTREMELY disorganized and having an appointment seems to mean nothing. I'd like to suggest that everyone in customer service know that there ARE benefits for signing up for a club card. Like Safeway, you can clip coupons online. We are moving to the area so we called to ask. The guy we talked to said, about the card--"I don't know. I don't shop that way." and "Everyone gets the same price. There's no benefit." I couldn't believe that, so I looked it up. Customer service rep. should at LEAST know that much!
great service. do yourself a favor and go to this Publix and get "The Philly" from the sub shop from Barbara. Best sub i've had in a long time, maybe ever. Thank you Barb and friends!
Thankfully, I’m able to get a walk-in flu shot here today. Unfortunately, the nearby Kroger Rittenhouse pharmacy told me they ran out of flu shot doses last night, so I came here. I was told that I would need to wait for 25 minutes for the flu shot vaccine to be prepared here.
The service here was great, I called and asked if someone was willing to talk to me for a project I had to do in school and immediately was able to find someone here. I tried to call different places like CVS, Walgreens, and Rite Aid but no one could help me because ¨they didn´t have time." Kayla was the pharmacist that helped me with my project and she was super nice! She didn´t mind helping me with the project and we scheduled a time during the week right away. Thanks Kayla! Kudos to her!
