Shout out to Kayla at the Hamlin Cove Publix Pharmacy! She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and proactive in helping answer some insurance questions and prior authorization concerns this afternoon. She took the time to clearly explain what was happening, followed up without being asked, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled correctly and smoothly. Thank you Kayla for an absolute standout experience!
Friendly and quick service
Insensitive to patient's time. Had a new prescription sent in from the doctor. Came 4 hours from sent time and not ready. Offers to have in 30 minutes... came back in almost 2 hours and still not ready. Offers 30 minutes again then miraculously can do it in 2 minutes when made aware of second trip.
I have been picking up my prescriptions here and I find the personal outstanding! Very personable, polite and helpful! My last encounter was amazing and I wanted to shout out Kayla, she has the best customer service etiquette by far anywhere! She took my phone after I handed it out to her and checked what would be most cost effective way to pay for my prescription., she compared prices and then showed me that my option of going with Publix was best and more cost effective. Never had a problem with refilling my prescriptions. They are very candid about the amount of time needed to get the medication ready for pick up.
