Never had a problem with refilling my prescriptions. They are very candid about the amount of time needed to get the medication ready for pick up.
Trying to do anything with controlled medications at this pharmacy is like pulling teeth. They do not make an effort to work with you or take the necessary steps to get the medication approved by insurance. You’re better off using the Walgreens on Seidel, where they actually do their job and work with the insurance properly.
Still waiting on a prescription for what is essentially ibuprofen 5 hours after calling to verify the pharmacy received it. Last week when filling another prescription, I was told it would be ready by 4. When my husband showed up to pick it up around 630, it still wasn't ready.
I have no idea what those 1 stars are for because seriously the best pharmacy I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. Customer care and service 2nd to none all employees are the nicest people ever
