Called in to get my 4 scripts renewed and Christina was extremely helpful and let me know 2 of the 4 she would have to call my doctor for renew and that someone will let me know when they are all ready
This is not the first or second time I have been ignored at the deli counter. Apparently it is more important to do prep work and online orders. What happen to taking care of the customer in front of you? What is an extra 5 minutes when you standing there like an idiot with 6 people behind the counter ignoring you.
Worst PX pharmacy in Pinellas county. Ryan and customer service here is terrible. Ryan can't seem to give anyone a time to pick up their prescription except the time he makes up in his head. Usually it's days before it was allowed by my insurance.. but he likes to see me make a worthless trip. Today I called just to ask Ryan WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY PRESCRIPTION RYAN? Everything is great except they charge for delivery of prescriptions I had to switch pharmacies only for that reason otherwise I wouldn't have charged at all
A substandard pharmacy with extremely poor communication practices, both with its customers and with their doctor's offices. Pharmacy technicians seem poorly educated, and to possess a dim understanding of their roles OR the industry in general. Avoid at all costs and cross the street to Walgreens for a professional experience, with pharmacists that aren't trying to moonlight as doctors.
