My mother & I love everyone in the pharmacy. We receive exceptional service with a smile, always. Everyone's so pleasant & very knowledgable! She passed away recently & everyone in the pharmacy has been so helpful to me during a very difficult time. Thank you Publix Pharmacy Workers for all you do daily! You're all rock stars! 🫶
My son got bit by fire ants and with only 15 minutes until close the pharmacist still filled the prescription for my son for the allergic reaction he was having while we were on a trip across the state of all times!! So so thankful! Wonderful service.
Called in to get my 4 scripts renewed and Christina was extremely helpful and let me know 2 of the 4 she would have to call my doctor for renew and that someone will let me know when they are all ready
This is not the first or second time I have been ignored at the deli counter. Apparently it is more important to do prep work and online orders. What happen to taking care of the customer in front of you? What is an extra 5 minutes when you standing there like an idiot with 6 people behind the counter ignoring you.
Worst PX pharmacy in Pinellas county. Ryan and customer service here is terrible. Ryan can't seem to give anyone a time to pick up their prescription except the time he makes up in his head. Usually it's days before it was allowed by my insurance.. but he likes to see me make a worthless trip. Today I called just to ask Ryan WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY PRESCRIPTION RYAN?
