I care for my elderly parents who have a LOT of medications, that have to be filled frequently. The staff at Publix pharmacy on Golden Parkway is excellent and they go above and beyond to be helpful, courteous and timely. I’ve been to so many other pharmacies that don’t seem to care at all. They always work hard to have our prescriptions filled on time and when we have something that comes up urgently, they work even harder! Honestly, I’ve never been to a Pharmacy that cares more. I’ve given this pharmacy a fair shot. I have filled prescriptions here four times and each time I have been met with impatience and frustration from the workers there. Never was I asked if I had taken any of these new medications or if I had any questions about them. Even if I did, I was such an inconvenience to the workers that I’m sure they wouldn’t have time to answer any of them anyway.
