Very expensive
I rarely share bad reviews, but it's ridiculous how they attend to customers. Even 4 hours after submitting your paperwork at the clinic, they still won’t start preparing your medicines. The guy at the front is discourteous, and most of their staff act the same way. Sadly, this is the closest one to me, but I’ve even been considering switching to another chain despite Publix's good prices for medicines. Such poor customer service
The pharmacy technician is not friendly at all, and one of the assistants is extremely rude; she has no idea what customer service is.
Fully tried to talk me out of using my GoodRX coupon, saying that they had the best price when their price was literally twice the price of GoodRX. Pharmacy tech became short with me when I insisted on using the coupon.
This Pharmacy will not start filling your prescription, until you either come to pick it up or call to check if it's ready. Which is ridiculous. And they will say it's ready in 15 to 20 minutes, but many times I'm waiting around 40 min or more. They have been pretty good at making sure my prescription is a decent price, but you do need to ask them. Been using this Pharmacy since 2019. But, I am getting pretty tired of their lack of motivation. This is the closest Publix to me, but, there's other Pharmacies.
