This has to be the WORST pharmacy I have ever been too. They get my GFs diabetic medicine wrong all the time. She has to count it herself before leaving. Then the attitude she is met with is very condescending and down right unprofessional from both the Pharmacists and Techs. I don't know who does the hiring for the pharmacy techs but you should consider making some of these people take a basic personality test assessment before hiring them and you would see they are not fit to be in a customer service roll.
Great pharmacy and superb pharmacist with an exceptionally competent staff of professionals assisting.
This has got to be the worst Publix pharmacy I have ever worked with. Everytime I try to fill a prescription there are some kind of issues. No one ever calls to inform me of these issues. Their excuse all the time is we texted you. I do not receive any texts, this is peoples medicine you are messing with. Pick up the phone and call someone and let them know about their medicine. I have been a customer at this pharmacy for years! Staff are dependable and professional .
I have moved 3 times in the last three years. The service in all the Publix from twelve Oaks, south Pasadena to Gateway Mall have all been great, but let me tell you that what i get at Gateway Mall is just outstanding. Im always greeted with a warm, understanding and uplifting smile. The Pharmasist and Pharm. Techs all treat me with dignity and respect. Stephanie is the Super Star.
