Worst costumer service at the pharmacy. Complete disregard for the patient’s needs and a lack of respect for other people’s time. Instead of calling to let me know there was a potential issue with my prescription, I had to find out when I got there. Instead of an apology I was met with a smirk and blank stare. If you can avoid this place go somewhere else
Recently had rotator cuff surgery, my Dr called in pain medication the day prior to surgery I picked up my meds. Upon having surgery a different med was called in due to my inability to tolerate the first pain medication. I was questioned by the pharmacist as to why & also told she could see my profile at another pharmacy. She ask why. I didn’t get the meds there, I explain the Dr called it in at that location.
