I have been using the Publix Pharmacy for over 20 years and the customer service at this Pharmacy is terrible. They are super rude over the phone and condescending. They offer a service and should remember that we can take our business elsewhere.
I stopped in to get a pub sub and Jaimi was very pleasant and patient despite the holiday busyness!
I’ve used Publix pharmacy for over 15years and the last 7 yrs at this store. The customer service 98% of the time has been excellent. I even got my 84 yr old mother to start going here because of such bad service at the Kroger across the street. Lisa, Matt & all the staff strive for good customer service and I appreciate it. Thanks staff!
Went to pick up my prescription. After being ignored, Emily finally waited on me. Did not say a word to me other than gave me the price of my prescription. Extremely rude! I will find someplace else to fill my prescriptions!
