The Pharmacy manager Donna has been extremely helpful and going out of her way to make sure I leave happy and others. Super kind and helpful in stressful situations. Was having issues with insurance and my insulin to be processed. I thought I would be having to wait a few days to get the insulin I needed but she sorted everything out for me the same day.

I absolutely love this pharmacy! Over the years, I've worked with dozens of different pharmacies, but nothing compares to the exceptional service I've received at Publix, especially at this location. The staff consistently go above and beyond to take care of my family's needs. There have been several instances where they’ve rushed to prepare my medicine just in time for a trip, ensuring I didn’t have to leave town without it. Evil harpies too lazy to look up pricing. Then the "manager" pointed her finger at me! I told her to not do that and took my business elsewhere.
As us,ual it's mostly complainers put up the reviews. Don't you believe them. Switched my prescriptions here from Walgreens has changed my life - really! Donna and the rest of the team are great. They answer the phone on the 1st or 2nd ring, are efficient, pleasant and fast. There's never a line vs 6 or more at Walgreens nearby, you can wait 20 minutes to pick up, and a half hour for them to answer the phone - or more).
