This is the second time I have switched pharmacies within Publix. Like many of my neighbors, I try to get services close to home, but the fact that the pharmacy is located inside the market confuses the staff; a pharmacy customer has vastly diverse needs, and the employees are not trained for this type of service. Kelly is awesome first time picking up my prescription and she made the process super easy and she was verh helpful i just had to leave this here we need more people like her

I switched years ago from Walgreens to Publix. I love it because there isn't a huge employee turnover so they get to know you and what you need. Whenever there is a new employee who doesn't know about my medication, there is someone there to fix any issues.
