Love my Publix Pharmacy! They always do there best to take care of all my medicinal needs with a smile. Most of them know me by name.
Our family has been using this pharmacy for years and we’re very happy with it. The pharmacists/techs are always courteous and helpful. Sometimes they even greet you by family name. We have never had any issues filling our medication with Publix Pharmacy. We’re grateful for their hard work.
Every single person has been absolutely phenomenal. This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They don’t make you feel like another number. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone. Great job team!
Slow to help. Employees stand behind counter and are more interested in talking on the phone instead of serving customers actually there in person. Prescriptions are rarely ready to pick up when told they would be. I get texts mine are ready and if there are multiple items, this is never true. Why don't they say the prescriptions are ready when ALL of them are ready so I don't have to make multiple trips?
