A huge thank you to Myron in the pharmacy department. I went to pick up prescriptions and seeing I had no insurance, he proactively looked for discount codes and saved me 50% on the total. Of course the savings are appreciated, it’s the fact that he took it upon himself to do something he didn’t need to do. Businesses need more people like him!
I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent significant increase in the cost of my prescription medication. I previously paid $20, but my most recent fill cost $60—a substantial 300% increase. While I understand that medication costs can fluctuate, this dramatic price jump warrants an explanation. I would also appreciate it if you could review your customer service protocols. My recent phone interactions with the pharmacy staff felt abrupt and lacked the professionalism I’ve experienced in the past.
