!!This is not about the staff!! Ever since they remodeled and added self-checkout recently, the store has a strange paint/astringent smell that's very strong. It was especially bad yesterday, to the point that I had a headache after leaving and became nauseous by the time I got home. Almost makes me NOT want to go back anytime soon.
This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. On three separate occasions they were 2-3 days late filling prescriptions called in by urgent care - which should have been same day. I had to call multiple times to check. These were not refills, which I’d expect to take longer. When asked why it was taking so long and I needed to start taking the meds, the pharmacy tech just laughed it off, like it’s normal for them. Never had this issue with any other Publix pharmacy. The pharmacist, Tony, was incredibly helpful and kind when I was picking up medication for my sick baby. I was overly stressed and couldn't think clearly and he made everything so easy for me trying to use GoodRx and explained everything I needed to know. Thank you so much.
