The people here have always been so kind to me. However, getting a refill is like pulling teeth. I’m not sure if they don’t know how to run inventory and keep stock or what the issue is. I called. in a refill on Monday, called to check on it on Wednesday and they still don’t have it in stock. What is going on Publix??
Terrible customer service at this Publix. Always has been “hit-or-miss” with that. The deli is very frequently understaffed and overwhelmed. No chicken out, staff unsure if there will be anymore put out. Hot food always low usually out of most selections. Most staff is not friendly and tend to seem as if you’re bothering them or just don’t care about your concern and blow you off. VERY RUDE STAFF! I called the pharmacy to ask a question about transferring my prescription to them. Being that I’m new to the area and they are the closest to me. The associate very RUDELY said did you call to verify we are taking new patients for this medication? I have never in my life heard of such thing. So I was asking her how was i supposed to know that as a new patient. She got agitated and said “I’m transferring you to the pharmacist” and clicked the phone on me. Megan king rocks she handles business as well and super kind and caring she makes the inline panic attacks not so bad!!!!
