Terrible customer service at this Publix. Always has been “hit-or-miss” with that. The deli is very frequently understaffed and overwhelmed. No chicken out, staff unsure if there will be anymore put out. Hot food always low usually out of most selections. Most staff is not friendly and tend to seem as if you’re bothering them or just don’t care about your concern and blow you off. VERY RUDE STAFF! I called the pharmacy to ask a question about transferring my prescription to them. Being that I’m new to the area and they are the closest to me. The associate very RUDELY said did you call to verify we are taking new patients for this medication? I have never in my life heard of such thing. So I was asking her how was i supposed to know that as a new patient. She got agitated and said “I’m transferring you to the pharmacist” and clicked the phone on me. Megan king rocks she handles business as well and super kind and caring she makes the inline panic attacks not so bad!!!!
Ignores HIPPA laws. Pharmacist also challenged Drs scripts...loudly with customers in line. Head pharmacist did so, then next visit the other one , who had been there, parroted again loudly, what she thought then proceeded to inaccurately , well, partially state what one script is for sometimes and proceeded to presume she knew I did not have that ailment! It was one of the worst violations collectively I have heard of, much less be a part of. I highly recommend NOT using this pharmacy...which has zero affiliation with Publi... read more
