I used to be able to get things filled here fairly easily. I’ve been twice in a month and both time they’ve had the Rx for at least 7 hours and both times they tell Me to go shop for 30 mins or whatever because it’s not ready. Then they told me that it’s my job to call them to let them know I have a Rx with them that needs to be picked up. Can you imagine if everyone called them to do this? Very efficient.
This pharmacy seems to be short-staffed. Medications are never available on the same day my physician sends in the prescription. I left Walgreens because of the negative personalities, but at least the prescriptions were filled quickly. This pharmacy should assess strengthens and weaknesses, and implement a plan to improve efficiency and effectiveness of its service. Too many unsatisfied customers.
