Really helpful folks.
02/15/2024: I went to this pharmacy to get my flu shot. I was in the process of getting new insurance, but I did not mind paying the $64 for the vaccine. However, the lady with the glasses who was trying to assist me was not that friendly and kind of rude. I don’t know if she was new there, but I would have appreciated if she would have called me up to the consultation window versus trying to discuss issues with my insurance out in the open for other customers to hear. The staff here is always so nice and helpful 🥺 They genuinely make everything so easy
UPDATE: I am switching to CVS and so glad I am. I understand if a representative may be having a bad day, but there’s a way to talk to someone. I got hung up on before I could ask about my prescription. Usually, they would ask if you need assistance with anything else, but the person on the phone was kind of rude and had an attitude.
