I called and asked for my child's prescription. I was informed that it would be ready in an hr. I drove all the way there from Hartselle, to find out it wont be ready today. This has went on 3 months in a row. I will not be back!
We are new to this area and have enjoyed shopping this store. Had to go in this morning to get a refill on a medication I have been on for last 10 years. The pharmacy tech was unhelpful and talked down to me as if I did not know what I needed. So unfortunate to treat a new customer with such disdain. Love the store, but hope I do not have to ever return to this pharmacy.
I just moved here 4 weeks ago and I've been to this Pharmacy twice. Each time I encountered rude behavior from 2 of the girls working there. They really shouldn't be concerned as to what people can afford to pay for certain medications. It's really none of their business.
