It always takes at least 24 hours to get my medicine :( it's as if the people who wait for a text that their medicine is ready are getting pushed behind because of the people who pull up without their medication being ready. I find that unfair. Some people have to take medicine everyday for things like seizures and can't miss doses. Unacceptable. :/
Always extremely kind and helpful. We're caretakers for my grandma and her twin sister, and they always help us get their scripts on time. We've had no issues with processing insurance, they're always on top of things like pointing out possible allergies, side effects from new scripts, helping us get the best price on medicines that aren't run through insurance, etc. Any questions we have, they're willing to answer and it means a lot. I'm extremely grateful to the team here for all they do.
I called and asked for my child's prescription. I was informed that it would be ready in an hr. I drove all the way there from Hartselle, to find out it wont be ready today. This has went on 3 months in a row. I will not be back!
