I thought about whether to post this or not but after reading other reviews it seems likely this same young female at the drive was rude and not very helpful to many others. Worst Publix experience that I have personally ever encountered. Very disheartening to say the least. Definitely NOT what I am used to at Publix in the way of customer service. Visit didn't really justify earning 1 star.
It takes them hours to finish prescriptions its ridiculous my toddler was in pain for hours.
Jessica is great! She’s friendly, informative, and is willing to problem-solve if necessary.
The only reason why I put a zero stars is, they never call you, I’ve had to go back just ask for the medicine when they’re supposed to call you when it’s done. This is the second time I haven’t got a phone call and I’m just sitting here waiting for hours. Do better it doesn’t take 2 to 3 hours to make some prescriptions
I must admit that I am somewhat taken aback by the negative reviews, as my personal experience with this pharmacy has been quite positive, with excellent service and a delightful staff. It certainly appears to be an underappreciated establishment in the area, and its primary competitor is the Walgreens located across the street.
