Absolutely Love this Pharmacy and the staff!!
So this is my experience today. I roll up with my prescription to their drive-thru. A young black lady came to the window. I said hello how are you today with no answer. I figured okay that's all right no big deal maybe she didn't hear me or she's having a bad day so I let it go and continue to put my prescription in the Box which I literally almost had my hand caught in. Always on time with no hold ups
The Pharmacy is Not what it used to be at all. I can never reach them and my prescriptions are rarely ready on time.
I keep having negative experiences with this location and I'm now thinking about transferring all of my families prescriptions to another pharmacy. I've had 4 out of the 5 visits recently be negative experiences some way. I've been a customer for almost 6 years at this location, using both the grocery store and pharmacy a few times each month. The store associates are great but some of the pharmacy associates are either needing better leadership and/or are needing to be properly trained/coached/developed on basic skills of p... read more
