I wouldn't call pharmacy staff rude, but they're right on the line. They're not helpful, frequently ignore me while waiting for Rx, which is why I prefer drive thru. Really, that's why I stay with them.
Shaniqua was an amazing help. She took care of my prescription that I wanted to use a GoodRx coupon on. And was so nice.
I didn't plan to leave a review, but from looking through what is here it seems like my experience wasn't abnormal. I called in and spoke to the tech to check on a transfer and was told repeatedly, and very rudely, about how "it don't work like that." I tried to explain what my pharmacist told me, but she continued to rudely talk over me until she hung up on me. There's too many other pharmacies here to put up with crap like that. Bye. I see why everyone gave them one star.
Don’t go to this pharmacy they are rude as hell and when the doctor calls in your prescriptions they never fill them until you call and ask. I waited for 3 days for a prescription I called in and it was not filled. When I called and asked about it the short blonde is so extremely rude instead of admitting she is wrong she said I didn’t know if you wanted it filled. I then said well why didn’t you call and ask?
