The pharmacy itself, and the majority of the staff are capable. But the Pharmacy Manager, Veronica Carstarphen, is the most unpleasant and unhelpful pharmacist I’ve ever come across in my 37 years. I had some questions and she made it abundantly clear with her body language and eye rolls that she didn’t have time for me or any of my questions. I think the staff around her were as uncomfortable as I was.
